Memorandum between the Tetyush State College of Civil Protection and the Higher College of Civil Protection of Semey

In order to establish and strengthen ties between our countries and institutions, and, given a mutual interest of cooperation in the field of education, Tetyushsky state University of civil protection in the face of the Director of the College Agaevoy Tatiana Yurievna and Higher College of civil defense represented by the Director of Saule Abdrakhmanova Aytkalieva have concluded the present Memorandum on the following:

Purpose of This Memorandum:

Development of international cooperation in the field of education.

Main areas of cooperation:

1. Exchange of experience in the use of innovative learning technologies;

2. Exchange of publications and materials on ongoing research, involvement of the teaching staff in the examination of new educational programs, research;

3. Cooperation in improving the scientific and methodological qualifications and professional skills of teachers;

4. Conducting joint scientific and practical conferences, seminars, competitions, Olympiads, Internet consultations;

5. Create conditions for interaction between students of the Tetyush State College of Civil Protection and the Higher College of Civil Protection in various acceptable forms and directions;

6. Exchange of students and teachers of colleges in order to develop professionalism and improve knowledge and experience;

7. Colleges can provide information to college teachers to participate in international seminars, programs to improve their qualifications.

The parties hereby agree on the implementation of the Main Directions of the Memorandum, during which separate, additional Agreements and Agreements on specific topics and issues can be drawn up, responsible persons for further interaction in each individual issue are identified, as well as programs for their implementation.

An additional condition:

This Memorandum comes into force from the moment of signing and is valid for three years.

The Memorandum may be terminated by mutual consent of the parties, as well as supplemented and amended, and formalized by an Additional Agreement.

This memorandum is drawn up in 2 copies, one for each of the parties.
